About: Rampton Hospital

(as a service user),

All the patients on Carlisle ward have not gone to the zest shop due to having no staff to take us down, we go in two separate groups every Tuesday at 1:30pm we are all not happy we haven't been able to go, please help us, Thank you, from all the patients on Carlisle ward.

Hi There,

Thank you for taking time to send us your feedback.

Its not always easy to speak up so I am grateful you have posted your posting. I do know how important the shop visit is for all our patients at Rampton. I am sure you will get the responses needed to see what can been done. Hopefully this will be sorted ASAP. there is also the Rampton Food and Shop group meeting on the 8th August at 1pm. we can review the actions taken then

Thank you for raising this issue and I am sorry you have not been able to access the shop. Each day the hospital senior team discusses activities across the site for that day, I will ensure that ward shopping is included with the view to resourcing this as I know how important it is for patients to access personal shopping.
