I have enjoyed my experience here. I have done 2 courses, and have learnt skills that help me control my anxiety and have learnt to nurture myself and ask for help if I was struggling.

I am so pleased to hear that the 2 courses you have taken have helped you learn skills that help you to control your anxiety and also that you have learnt to value yourself and feel more confident to ask for help when you are struggling. It is inspiring to myself and the team to hear the difference learning way to mange your mental health and really help peoples recovery. I hope you gain more knowledge insight and skills in any future courses you take with us
