"Excellent speed of processing & level of care"

About: The Maidstone Hospital

I visited Maidstone A & E today (26/7) anticipating a long wait for a foot injury. I was both surprised and impressed by the speed of processing (triage, Xray, Minor Injuries assessment and treatment) and also the level of calm presented at the hospital. In all i was there for a fraction over 2 hours.

The staff were lovely, you didn't feel pressured and the staff in the Minor Injuries unit spent time with me explaining how to walk with a boot and crutches, and the process that would follow.

I could not have asked for better care.
