I have been in out of hospital many times , I have asthma and copd , my last stay being short of breath and palpitations , when i came home still did not feel good , so my doctor had the respiratory nurses come out cant fault them , my doctor sent for me to be seen at the cardiology , a letter arrived last week dating sent the 6th July and if not heard by the 13th ring which I did but could not get appointment was told none going for at least another month or so I asked what I could do was told go A and E get seen quicker if feeling unwell
