"The care and attention I receive is first class."

About: Omagh Primary Care Complex / Respiratory Services

(as a service user),

I am currently an end of life care patient and have been attended many times by the community respiratory team. The care and attention I receive is first class care and the nurses themselves are top class and nothing I a bother for them.  The empathy they show is such a lovely thing and just puts me at ease.  They also explain everything to my family and that helps in the care I receive.

There is nothing bad I can say towards this team and how valuable they are. As a team if anything they deserve pay rises for the care that they give and show.  I will be for ever thankful.  I will never be able to use words to explain how this team has made my life a lot easier, keeping me in my home rather than having to keep going into hospital. This team is exceptional 10 out of 10.

It was great to read how the team showed you “empathy” and that the care provided to both you and your family was “top class”.
