Qualilty of care: 5 ⭐

The care given was relevant 5 ⭐

Extent care needs met 5 ⭐

Nothing could have been improved with the care, not really anything missed. Still outstanding are referrals for swallowing assessment and an Xray.

My mother has received care from this team on three seperate occasions over the past couple of years, and each time has been given excellent care. We are very impressed that the team has sufficient time to get to grips with complex health problems and situations, evident experience with the elderly, and a great deal of empathy and understanding.

Well done to the team and to those behind the scenes. I'm convinced my mother has avoided hospital admission due to their prompt attention and expertise. I really can't praise this service highly enough.

The care of your mum is the most important thing for you as her carer. To trust the team with her care means so much to us.

I will make sure the team know how much each intervention has made to her and to you. To keep your mum safe and out of hospital has been a privilege. I will let the team know how much it meant to you both.
