Just want to give credit to the nurses who work the GAU unit at Oldham. I was admitted after finding out we had lost our pregnancy at 9 weeks. The staff on this ward were beyond amazing I wish I could credit one nurse in particular because without her help I wouldn’t of made it through the grief. She not only supported me but my partner too. She stayed with me right to the theatre and through my epidural held my hand and wiped my tears… for this I will forever remember her. The compassion of this unit is second to none. Thank you so much for supporting us through the worst of times and we hope to see you again with better circumstances.
