"No longer care about their patients"

About: Hawthorn Medical Practice

The problem is that since Lockdown they just don't care. It is useless having to phone on the day to get an appointment. There is no way to get in touch if there is an urgent problem. You can't ask to talk to a specific GP. Phone appointments are a very poor substitute for seeing a patient - at one time doctors valued all their senses to diagnose, not just relying on what a patient said.

It makes me question now they used to see patients and now find it impossible.
