About: Rapid Response Teams / Rapid response team Omagh

(as a service user),

I have been attending the rapid response department in Omagh for the last two weeks three times a day. The times I’m required to attend is morning noon and night so having this facility in my hometown has made the process less stressful and manageable around my family life.  

The professionalism and dedication of the team was first class. 

It was clear to see that the staff where under severe pressure and were short staff. However not once did this impact my care. Each nurse and doctor dealing went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and receiving the best care possible.

I want to thank the team as the care they provided was second to none and without them I don’t know where I would be today. I would be worried if we lost this service.

We strive very hard to to ensure all our patients receive care and treatment which is of a very high standard. It was great to receive your feedback and that you found that nursing staff were professional in their dealings with you. Thank you again.
