Dear Patient,

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced poor service and care from the practice. I would like the opportunity to investigate this further, as this is not the kind of experience I would expect for our patients to receive.

If you could kindly contact the Practice Manager, Clare Richardson on 0161 775 7373 or clare.richardson@nhs.net at your earliest convenience.

Kind regards

Clare Richardson

Practice Manager
