"Rehabilitation after a fall"

About: Cloughreagh House

(as a service user),

I came to Cloughreagh as a step down from hospital for support and rehabilitation after a fall at home.  I did not know what to expect.

I had a lovely experience.  Staff were fantastic. The food was beautiful.

I would highly recommend Cloughreagh.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Thank you for your very positive feedback I will share your comments with the Care Team and the Catering Team.

I expect that during your rehabilitation stay you heard about ways you can reduce your risk of having a further fall, including making simple changes to your home and doing exercises to improve your strength and balance.I hope that you have made a good recovery and you continue to do well when you return home.

Kind regards, Tierna Armstrong
