About: St Lukes Hospice / Patient and Family support services

(as a service user),

Very good help and support for my husband, he was visited at home by the nurse and the social worker, Sophie + Caroline.

I feel that I have also received very good bereavement support from the social worker.

I feel better today after coming to the hospice to speak to the social worker, Caroline.
