Yoga with Lorna has been invaluable. It has been my first experience of yoga and I am already feeling the benefits. It has provided an opportunity to take 'me time' and the positive benefits of contributing to my own well-being.

Lorna is so supportive, gently guiding us all at our own pace as well as providing us with information on yoga for us to explore further. I whole-heartedly recommend this service and thank Lorna and the Fern Centre for offering this.

Hi Dene

Thank you for your feedback regarding the face to face yoga sessions at the Fern centre. I am pleased to hear that you are finding them useful and enjoyable.

Lorna has been volunteering for a few months and always brings something new to the sessions - she looks forward to taking the two groups on a Monday.
