Attended for day surgery Cheilectomy on 20/07/2022 at Fulwood Hall Hospital Preston, all hospital staff from the moment I entered were welcoming, pleasant and professional.
Nurse team that cared for me were extremely reassuring, caring and professional throughout. Nurse and HCA who specifically saw to me along with the recovery team provided excellent level of care support and guidance throughout. The on day patient care pre and post op was calm, reassuring with very regular observations post op.
Pre op, the anesthetist provided details of his role and pain management throughout the procedure.
Consultant clearly explained the procedure, and recovery process during various assessments.
