(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I arrived last Thursday via an ambulance. It took 2 and a half hours to arrive and the paramedics on scene were first class, they were able to transport me here without any hassle. The staff are also great, very kind and are giving good updates. The food is great and the variety is good too. I am comfortable and the facilities are good too.

Thank you for taking the time to share your story after your recent emergency.

It is great to hear that the Paramedics who arrived assessed the situation fully and quickly delivered appropriate urgent clinical treatment with timely conveyance to hospital. For which you have described very kindly as being without any hassle, so presuming this was a smooth experience for you.

I want to acknowledge the time you had to wait on the ambulance response time and assure you we understand the impact our response time can and does sometimes have for the patient. This is something that is under constant review and effects the entire healthcare system.
