"Invaluable health and care"

I took my father to his heart failure nurse in Lagan Valley Hospital where he saw Grainne, the service Grainne gives is fantastic and an absolute blessing to us.

Grainne has been dealing with my father for the last few years and her help and care to us is invaluable. Grainne has kept a very close eye on my father as his heart failure has progressed and is always quick to get him the care he needs. A few months ago daddy was carrying so much fluid it was affecting his breathing I only had to phone her and she saw daddy within a couple of days and arranged for him to go into hospital which thankfully turned out to be successful,

Whilst daddy was in hospital Grainne several times and she phoned the consultant for me and kept me updated with what was happening and sorted out anything I needed help with, the care Grainne has given daddy is second to none she keeps on top pf daddy's weight and kidney function and i very quick to get back to us if medication needs changed or something additional is needed. My father an I are very grateful for Grainne  and really value her continued excellent care. I know that daddy is very reassured in having such a capable nurse and I am reassured knowing I can phone her and she will promptly get back to me.
