(as a service user),

Always experienced a listening  ear on the end of the phone. Helpful and informative at all times, when we as a family realized all was not right in a nursing home that mum was in, help was always forthcoming.

Guidance to realize needs individual person and situation. Always felt in comfortable hands of the team to provide information care and needs of individual situation.
