(as a service user),

I'm not sure what her name but I just wanted to say thank you to the lovely lady at the Burton clinic. She was so jolly and clearly loves her job.  I have seen her a couple of times and shes always made me feel great at the appointment (as great as you can be going for a check).  She is  always happy, chatting away, gets the job done fast and efficiently.

A huge credit to the Burton team - thank you!
