Visited the surgery earlier this week complaining of severe stomach pains. Returned the following day with faecal samples and for a blood test. Result of samples and a prescription for antibiotics delivered inside 24 hours. Recovery now on course.
Much impressed, and relieved, by the quiet efficiency of the staff, and the speed with which they addressed my complaint.
