Having a Catheter Ablation procedure, even under general anaesthesia, is not my idea of fun, but the caring attentive staff made the process less stressful. Each person who dealt with me and, from observation, others was outstanding.

Thank you for your feedback, and I can’t profess to know what you have been through, but it doesn’t sound very comfortable, so it must have been a great help to have caring attentive staff looking after you.
