(as a service user),

This group has a terrible service for appointments. Restricted times to make an appointment, online there are no available slots.  I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful. Critical situations not dealt with and just forget routine stuff.

I find it a terrible service and feel it should not have a licence to practice or profit from our tax. Its supposed to be a public service -  we pay and should be respected.

Thank you for your comments. We do have restricted times for appointments, however this has meant that we can provide far more appointments/contacts to patients than before, as we are ensuring that we maximise the resources available to us.

I'm sorry to say that the response is extremely poor. You have not answered the issue which you clearly wish to ignore.

What are you doing to improve your services? Are you even considering all the feedback properly and evaluate reasons for poor service
