My son had breathing problems. I felt scared but so reassured by our nurse at our surgery together with all staff within the unit

My name is Dr Holly and I contribute to reviewing feedback from patients and their families about their stay with us.

Thank you for your lovely feedback. When little ones become ill I very much appreciate it is a very frightening experience for families. I am very pleased you were given all the support you needed throughout your time with us, both in the community and in our paediatric department. I do hope your son is now better or on the way to a full recovery!

I will share your kind feedback with the staff, knowing they will be extremely happy to hear your thoughts.
