After 3 telephone appointments, one face to face appointment, hours spent trying to get appointments, I finally get a prescription for hrt - today I go to the pharmacy to be told ‘we don’t have it’ no ide when we will have it try somewhere else This practice does not know how to treat menopausal women and indeed don’t seem to care

We are sorry to hear that you have had a problem obtaining your prescription. There is a national shortage of some HRT medication and sadly, this is outside of our control. We work with local pharmacies to communicate about current supplies and we are of course happy to help you in this regard.
