About: New Cross Hospital / Accident and emergency New Cross Hospital / Diabetic medicine

(as a service user),

I was admitted to Newcross Hospital through A&E and Sam looked after me with such care, compassion, attention to detail and good humour throughout the night. Everyone on A&E was so good as were everyone on the next ward I was transferred to from A&E. From that interim ward my transfer to, hand over and stay on my last ward C15 was really good. Every member of staff I encountered deserves high praise and many many thanks for their professionalism, compassion and good humour over such a long and arduous shift in difficult circumstances.
