(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My care here at Cloughreagh House has been a very positive experience. The various professional teams involved with the overall care of me  i.e physiotherapist, OT, social worker, pharmacist along with the care staff were coordinated and worked very efficiently. The staff showed wonderful kindness and understanding of my needs which allowed me to settle in very quickly and without doubt contributed to the healing process. I placed my full trust in them. 

The staff answering the call bells were cheerful regardless of the hour and professional in carrying out their duties

Meals were always on time and there was a variety throughout the week.

Good afternoon

Thank you for taking the time to share your story. I am glad that you had such a positive experience in Cloughreagh and that we were able to contribute to your recovery process. I will pass on your complimentary comments to the staff team.

We appreciate all feedback received from Service Users as it enables us to assess the strengths of the service and plan for future improvements. I would like to take the opportunity to wish you continued good health and wellbeing.
