(as a service user),

My father had to attend because of chest pain.

Despite the department being extremely busy he received outstanding professional care from all of the team. 

All members went above and beyond - particular thanks need to be given to Mari Ann, Margaret Rose and Dot. You are all amazing!

Thank you very much for getting in touch and for your comments in relation to the care your father received whilst attending the Emergency Department here at University Hospital Wishaw. I indeed hope that your father is recovering well and his health will continue to improve.

Your positive comments are very welcome and I will ensure they are fed back to the staff in the Emergency Department; who work so hard in ensuring the care we deliver to patients is of a high standard.
