About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

Dirty outside, hundreds of cigarette butts.

Very poor service, other patients had been waiting 12 hours.

Have seen better in 3rd world countries, I left, it was terrible beyond belief.

Felt sad our country has deteriorated so much.

Plenty of triage staff, no doctors.
