Such a quiet relaxed, clean and efficient atmosphere in the Middlesbrough Clinic served to make my visit stress-free. All staff were welcoming and worked well as a team. Each stage of my visit was very organised and throughly explained. The procedure was painless. I left with a standard little Newmedica carrier bag containing my post operative eye drops, a personal Patient Lens Implant Card and other printed reference information to take home which has proved most useful as three days later I could read printed paper again and not rely on back-lit digital screens. The following day i was phoned to confirm that there were no matters of concern which was very reassuring.

I have already recommended this Middlesbrough Clinic to others and am hoping to return very soon for my second eye.
