(as the patient),

I suffer from Bipolar. I last spoke to a psychologist in January, when I had my partner. After the third time using the telephone, this caused me severe anxiety and I needed my medication revalued. I was told that they couldn't change my medication over the phone and that it had to be a face to face consultant. 7 months later I have an a face to face appointment and they cancelled less than 24hrs before my appointment. I still haven't had my medication looked at and I'm really not dealing with life and I just feel like it's totally unacceptable for this to be the case. If I didn't have my partner I really don't know if I'd be here.
