"Usually happy with them but not this time"

I’ve been using this practice for years and they’re usually great but since covid it’s not been so great. The doctors never want to see you.

I thought I may have a uti but explained I didn’t want to just be given antibiotics without a urine test first but the dr said no one can do it for you so you’ll have to go to your gp?!!

I don’t understand why none of the drs/healthcare workers could have done it?

But she was happy to prescribe me antibiotics without checking first?.

The reception staff are lovely though.
