"excellent care "

hi i went to the hospital yesterday with a racing heart rate, i was advised that there was no a&e but a lovely receptionist took me under her wing and looked after me until the ambulance arrived , i didnt get her name alas but i hope she sees this as id like to thank her sooo much for being so caring , even offered me food wow how lovely . so thank you .
