"Kind Staff"

I arrived in the emergency department on Thursday – I was waiting for a long time and I wasn’t really that impressed by the wait. However I did notice that the nurses and doctors are very attentive, but I’ve found that some of the nurses become very busy towards the end of their shifts.

The ward is fine and quiet during the day, but it can be a little noisy at night especially if people are on drips or monitors. On the whole everything is very good here, the food is lovely too. However there have been occasions where I haven’t got the food that I ordered which is more of an annoyance than anything. But everything else has been fine.
