(as the patient),

My experience has been with the district nurse whose name is Sharon.

When I have attended the medical centre at East Leake she has been caring, considerate and courteous. She has been professional and I have been made fully aware of the procedures she was about to undertake.

I have prostate problems and she has gone above and beyond to help me and given me guidance when looking after the catheter. Sharon has worked around me to fit me in to her busy schedule if she felt I needed to come back to the medical centre.

I have nothing but admiration for the work she does.
