"Made so welcome"

My visit to Grantham hospital. When I arrived and saw the outside of the building I thought what a state it was until I got inside then found it amazing inside so spotless a bit tired but in excellent condition. At reception was greeted with very polite and helpful staff, then I was taken through the paperwork and process of what was going to happen got changed and all through the whole procedure I was treated with care and they couldn’t of done anymore to make me comfortable and at ease. It made my day so much Easier to cope with.

I would just like to thank all those involved with my treatment on the colonoscopy department, sorry can’t remember names.
