"I'm very grateful for the staffs hard work"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 3 South Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been on the ward for over one week. When I arrived at the hospital, I came through the emergency department, everything was okay down there. I received different information from the doctors and nurses, which helped. The staff on 3 south have been a great help I must say, I’m very grateful for their hard work. The food on the ward has been alright, my family have been bringing some stuff up for me, which is better.
