About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Gynaecology (Ward 32)

(as a service user),

I was recently admitted for gynaecology surgery to Ward 32 at the RAH on under the care of Dr Patterson. The care I received from the whole nursing and medical team was excellent! It actually started 2 days before at pre assessment where the pre assessment team made me feel at ease with the whole procedure and the pre assessment process was thorough and very slick. SN Susie was the nurse on pre assessment and then I saw her again on the ward during my stay and she is bright, bubbly and her caring nature really shines through.

Ward 32 was spotless very clean and fresh looking. The nursing team from admission to discharge were warm, welcoming and very attentive nothing was too much trouble. Special shout out to SN Debbie and auxiliary Janice for all their care and chat despite being very busy! 

The SCN Nikki was very visible and obviously runs a very good ward and has the respect of her staff who are an absolute credit to Ward 32.

Hugely grateful for the care I received and thanks to Dr Patterson and the whole team at Ward 32.

Thank you very much for commenting on how well the Gynaecology team met your needs during your recent episode of care whilst in Ward 32 at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. I am delighted to hear that you felt all aspects of your care were supported, from pre assessment, admission and during your stay, as this is a priority for us.

I have spoken to SCN Harvey and contacted Dr Patterson, who are absolutely delighted to receive this and will share with ALL the team.
