"The staff are amazing"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Orthopaedics Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I arrived last Thursday via an ambulance. It took around 1 hour to come and the paramedics were lovely. I was very anxious but I got a lot of reassurance from them.

Once I arrived I was brought up here. The staff are amazing, they are very professional and also very positive. They are giving me good updates too. The food is fine and the variety is okay. I am comfortable and the facilities are great too.
