"A&E visit with great kindness and care"

About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

My daughter was practising her gymnastics at home this morning and hurt her arm. It looked like it had broken, so we took her to Daisy Hill A&E.

She was tended to quickly and with such great kindness, and her 2 broken bones reset and put in a cast by the consultant and specialist fracture team promptly and expertly.

Throughout our few hours there she was treated with such care and respect that she even managed a few smiles in her pain. Every member of the team gave her such comfort (and to her worried mum and dad too!).

I can’t thank you all enough.
