I joined the online physical activity classes - seated group in October 2021. The classes were held every Thursday afternoon. At the start I was feeling not as strong as I was. In the classes we were doing exercises to strengthen the muscles in the body. The classes were done at a pace that I could cope with. I tried my best to attend most classes and the ones I was able to do I really enjoyed. The coach that took the classes was very considerate of my abilities and also encouraged me to try each exercise and if there were ones that I felt were awkward I was able to do them in an easier way. I really enjoyed the classes and each week I realised I was getting stronger and able to do alot more things for longer periods of time.
