(as the patient),

Just want you say a big thank you to the Cardiology team. I was referred by my GP at the end of last year, for an intermittent irregular heartbeat. Once in the system, ( which understandably, took a wee while due to current waiting lists) , I had 24hour ecg monitoring,  Echocadiogram, and pacemaker fitted all within a month . I have since had follow up, within  6 weeks of the procedure.  

Everyone I met, was very professional  and approachable.  Very impressed.  Thank you all.

Dear Periwinkle

Thanks for letting us know about your experience in Cardiology. I am delighted to hear your high opinion of our staff and I am glad everything progressed well - once we finally got to meet you! I'm very sorry the early part of your journey with us was delayed. That's frustrating for us, and I really appreciate your kind understanding about that. The pandemic has presented us with some challenges. We still have delays in some parts of our system but we're working hard on these and things are moving in the right direction!
