(as a service user),

I attended a rheumatology appointment following increase in pain, the specialist nurse I saw was was attentive, understanding and knowledgeable.  I was reassured and gained good insight into my condition.  During the consultation I felt listened to and confident in the obvious expertise of the nurse who saw me.  I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent care and Christine is a credit to the department.
