"Exceptional customer service and medical…"

I note the negative reviews but must say for me I have never had anything but excellent care from all the staff. Receptionist have always been friendly and helpful. Medical professionals thorough and knowledgeable. I've personally had no issues with getting prescribed items or an appointment. Yes the queuing system is a bore but everyone at any GP Surgery has the same to deal with, it's just life I'm afraid.

If the staff can help they will and do. Or if they can't they'll find someone who can! That's my personal experience for the last 5 years. I think it's a great practise.
