"Excellent nursing and medical care, a well run…"

From the moment I was admitted to my discharge 10 days later I received excellent care and treatment from the team running this ward. Not only were my questions answered and explanations forthcoming for all treatment I received but it was delivered with respect and kindness. This team worked in unison, their protocols were seamless and imo flawless. Nothing was too much trouble. Even the food was hot and tasty and the menu varied. I felt very unwell and scared on arrival but not once did this staff team let me feel abandoned or uncared for. I made a good recovery thanks to their excellent care, good training and experience. Considering that this team has come through Covid and still it is infecting many out there they have kept their spirit up and always have a smile to offer. This was our NHS at it's best. Thank you.
