"Terrible "

About: Royal Surrey County Hospital

In June 2021 I saw a Dr on the pain management team, she was rude and unsympathetic. I've degenerative disc disease and bone spurs in my spine (had mri)

She bluntly told me the pain was muscular.I made a formal complaint but asked to see another Dr and go ahead with steroid injections. Roll on 13 months and no word from them despite my GP and I contacting them ,I was told it was an "computer problem due to knew software ". I contacted PALS and the lady spoke to the team about why I'd not had a follow up ,their reply was "we don't know why" (I'd not been contacted again after waiting 14 months).

Covid or IT issues are NOT an excuse.

Avoid the Royal Surrey Hospital at all costs.
