"Pleasant and Helpful"

Church Lane has unfortunately acquired a bad rep' over the last few years, especially with regard to getting appointments. Agreed it is not always easy and can be very frustrating when we cant get the help we want by way of an appointment. I do believe and have found for myself personally and my daughter that the staff do all they can to try and help and accommodate under difficult and trying circumstances. They do have a lot of patients to deal with and Braintree is an ever growing area. I have only ever found the Staff, Nurses and Doctors to be pleasant and helpful, even when it's not what I want to hear. We have to speak as we find, but there should be a balance and I don't find the surgery and staff all bad.
