It is very hard to contact the practice, even harder to get an appointment. They frequently ignore e-consult forms or respond to you by text that you cannot reply to, or even cancel your appointment at short notice without offering another.
I have sometimes had to submit multiple online forms for the same issue before I can get an appointment or phone call.
Should you try to call the practice you should expect to be on hold for 15+ minutes, before being told to submit a form online!
