Had an appointment for an ongoing injury to my ankle/foot was meant to see consultant and on time was actually over an hour before I saw an "underling" who was uninterested and did not bother to examine the ankle/foot but flicked through x-rays and MRI scan and then decided to speak to the consultant and then told me that I would have a steroid injection into my big toe (which isn't the actually problem) to help with the pain and if that didn't help then there was nothing else they could do for me. I felt like I had been fobbed off and not actually listened too. I have been to various departments in different hospitals in the last year and found that this was the worst one - also the lack to face masks was disgusting especially with the increase of COVID
