From first to last we found the experience friendly, approachable and easily understood all that was happening.

For the road authority 

PS. please can the road signage be bigger and better. We were not the only ones to spend time circling the hospital.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you found us difficult to find. Our booking team usually explain to our visitors how to get to us and send written instructions when time allows a letter to be sent. I have just contacted our Estates department to see if we can review our signage again.

I just wanted to let you know that we have updated our signage following your feedback in the hope that it will make it easier to find the Penventinnie Lane where the Pre-Operative Assessment Clinic is situated at the Trust - I haver included pictures of the updated signage.
