I had an appointment with the Rheumatology Dept for last Friday. Unfortunately it was cancelled due to Staff illness which is not a problem. However I have been trying to contact the Dept on and off during the day both by phone and email. All of my phone calls have resulted in me being on hold for over an hour with no human contact. My email has not been replied to. Why publish a telephone number on my appointment letter if it is not manned during the day ?
