My husband has myeloma and needed an x-Ray on a swollen, bruised foot that he’d injured the day before. We expected a lengthy delay, and even the possibility of being sent to a busy A&E department elsewhere. Well, wow, what an amazing team! Once I’d explained my husband’s medical problems and his current injury they were just so super efficient. We arrived at the hospital at 11.55am and left at 12.55pm, in which time he’d been assessed, x-rayed and given appropriate treatment. My husband and I can’t thank the staff enough - all who we met went above and beyond. Thank you so much and I really hope that our appreciation is passed on to the staff we met. Five star service. Keep on doing exactly what you’re doing.
